数智赋能｜香港友联开展“大模型发展趋势与企业化场景落地”人工智能专题培训

为落实公司数字化转型战略部署，提升AI工具在日常办公与业务场景中的实际应用，7月23日，香港友联邀请北京智谱华章科技股份有限公司AI算法专家陈文丽到场，开展“大模型发展趋势与企业化场景落地”人工智能专题培训。香港友联总经理钟颖、公司领导班子成员及相关部门人员现场出席活动，招商船舶下属单位线上参加。

To implement the company's digital transformation strategy and enhance practical application of AI tools in daily office work and business operation, YiuLian Dockyards invited Chen Wenli, an AI algorithm expert from Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd., to deliver a training session on Development Trends of Large Language Models and Implementation in Enterprise Scenarios on July 23. Zhong Ying, General Manager of YiuLian Dockyards, members of the company leadership team and relevant department staff attended in person, while subsidiaries of China Merchants Shipping participated online.

本次专题培训围绕大模型产业发展趋势、核心技术体系、数字员工应用价值及招商体系实战典型案例组织授课，课程通过行业趋势深度解读、典型案例分层拆解、业务场景系统分析，引导员工学习掌握企业级AI工具实操技能，逐步推动AI技术深度嵌入岗位流程、赋能业务提质增效。培训期间专门设置互动答疑环节，参训员工结合岗位业务中的AI运用构思进行交流提问，授课讲师针对性答疑释惑，整场培训交流氛围浓厚务实。

The training focused on industry development trends of large models, core technological systems, the application value of AI digital workers, and practical cases within the China Merchants ecosystem. Through in-depth interpretation of industry trends, layered analysis of typical cases and systematic analysis of business scenarios, the course guided employees to master practical enterprise-grade AI skills. It also promoted deep integration of AI technologies into daily workflows,thereby empowering business operations to improve quality and efficiency. An interactive Q&A session was arranged during the training. Participants exchanged ideas and raised questions about AI application in their respective roles, and the instructor provided targeted responses, creating a pragmatic and interactive atmosphere throughout the event.
