AI赋能｜海促会开展人工智能培训

To proactively respond to advances in artificial intelligence and further improve the efficiency and digital capabilities of the Secretariat of GETPA, GETPA held its specialized AI training session on the morning of August 3. GETPA Executive President Wang Yan, Chair of the Board of Supervisors Huang Jiexi, and all Secretariat staff attended the session. Mr. Zhang Qiang, Chief AI Application Consultant at Yongxianji Technology, served as the instructor.

当前，人工智能正加快进入信息整理、内容创作、活动策划和办公协作等工作场景，为提升工作效能提供了新的可能。但在实际应用中，从“接触AI、使用AI”到“用好AI、发挥实效”，仍需要建立更加清晰、规范的工作方法。

Artificial intelligence is being applied at an accelerating pace across a wide range of workplace scenarios, including information organization, content creation, event planning, and office collaboration, opening up new possibilities for greater efficiency. In practice, however, moving from initial exposure to and basic use of AI toward effective application and tangible results requires clearer and more standardized working methods.

In light of GETPA's current needs, the training was designed to address challenges such as inefficient collaboration with AI and inconsistent output quality. It aimed to help all Secretariat staff develop a clearer understanding of AI's capabilities and limitations, master more practical methods for applying AI, and gradually turn AI from a general-purpose support tool into an effective assistant that empowers day-to-day work.

培训中，张强老师围绕人工智能在实际工作中的应用进行了系统讲解。他指出，AI并非简单的文案生成工具，也不是能够自动解决所有问题的“万能工具”。AI能否真正创造价值，关键不只在于模型能力，更取决于使用者能否准确界定问题、明确工作目标、规划执行路径并判断成果质量。

During the session, Mr. Zhang provided a systematic overview of how artificial intelligence can be applied in practical work. He emphasized that AI is neither merely a tool for generating written content nor a "universal solution" capable of solving every problem automatically. Whether AI can create genuine value depends not only on the capabilities of the model, but also on whether users can accurately define problems, clarify work objectives, plan an execution path, and assess the quality of the results.

围绕这一理念，他重点讲解了“背景对齐、目标澄清、任务分解、判断确认、执行与验收”五步法，强调在使用AI开展工作前，应先帮助其充分理解组织情况、工作场景、服务对象、任务要求和内容约束，再按照清晰的路径分阶段推进。操作人员则需要在关键节点进行确认、判断和修正，确保工作方向不偏离、内容依据更可靠、最终成果更符合实际需要。这一方法将人的专业判断与AI的信息处理和执行能力相结合，有助于减少沟通偏差与重复修改，让AI输出从“能够生成”进一步走向“准确、可控、可用”。

Building on this principle, he focused on a five-step method: context alignment, goal clarification, task decomposition, review and confirmation, and execution and validation. Before using AI to perform a task, users should first provide sufficient information about the organization, work scenario, service recipients, task requirements, and content constraints, and then proceed in stages along a clearly defined path. At key points, users must review, assess, and refine the work to ensure that it remains on course, is grounded in reliable information, and meets practical needs. By combining human professional judgment with AI's information-processing and execution capabilities, this method helps reduce communication gaps and repeated revisions, enabling AI-generated results to become not only producible, but also accurate, controllable, and usable.

Closely aligned with the practical needs of the GETPA Secretariat, the training used case studies and hands-on demonstrations to guide staff in mastering systematic methods for applying artificial intelligence and in gaining a deeper understanding of how AI can be integrated into daily work to improve both quality and efficiency.

The training marked a positive step in GETPA's efforts to strengthen internal capabilities and advance digital transformation. More standardized and efficient approaches to AI application will help the Secretariat improve its effectiveness in information organization, event coordination, communications, and other areas of work.

Ultimately, strengthening the Secretariat's capabilities serves GETPA's member enterprises. Looking ahead, GETPA will continue to explore the deeper integration of artificial intelligence into practical work. In line with the development needs of its member enterprises, it will gradually introduce relevant training and empowerment initiatives to help them strengthen their AI application capabilities, use digital tools to innovate membership services and enhance service quality and efficiency, and create new momentum for their high-quality development.
